Denise was very knowledgeable, patient and communicative during the process of selling my home. She worked day & night and prioritized the sale of my home and all that came with the process. She had my best interest in mind while also making sure that the buyers had a fair outcome. She took her time in researching the correct amount to list my home and then made time to explain that research to me. The appraisal came back perfect because she took her time when determining that amount, based on the surrounding market. She provided me with all the tools/information necessary when it came to choosing the right timeline to list my home while also purchasing another (with her as my realtor during that process as well). If there was ever a moment where she was unable to answer a question, she utilized her resources/colleagues and got to back to me within a reasonable time.
