We wanted to downsize from our life long 3 bedroom home to a 2bedroom condo. Our youngest son and his wife had used Denise's services to purchase their last home in the Rocky Ripple area of the city. They were very pleased with Denise's realty work. Taking their lead in May 2024 we employed Denise. We found her to be very easy to work with and was always sensitive to our needs and concerns. If we had questions or needed more information she made sure she got information and answers. Denise is a good listener. She understood what we wanted in a condo and she found ones that fit the bill. With her help over 8 months we found a condo to our liking. We purchased one in Whitestown, IN. We would recommend Denise to any potential home/condo buyers. We think she would do an excellent job for you.

Seller reviewWe interviewed several realtors. Denise made us feel comfortable from the very first moment we met her. She has a gentle calming approach, which was refreshing after feeling a bit "pushed" by other realtors we met with. She has been a realtor in Zionsville for a long long time and she knew exactly what to do to get our house sold for a solid price. She rapidly responsed to every text or call, helped us keep track of potential buyers and offers and make the best decision on a buyer when that time came. Our house was sold the first weekend on the market and this was a huge deal as we wanted to relocate to Texas and close in Indiana before closing out of state. There were some "snaggles" along the way and Denise unsnaggled them all. She helped us find contractors for repairs found on inspection and negotiated with them on our behalf for a better price. I don't think we could have done any better with anyone else, she's a complete doll to work with. Highly recommend.
