Seller reviewI called the office in the AM looking for a rental agent and Denise answered. It turned out we met that afternoon and she had comps of sales and also a list of homes for sale in the price range for my home, which was impressive. Denise was great to work with and ready to start the process. Unfortunately, it took me a week to empty the house, but on a Thursday she was there with her photographer and the house was listed on Friday and an offer was made that day. Denise had an open house on Sunday from 2 to 4, she wrote a contract that day and I believe another agent wrote a contract on Sunday. The first contract was the winner. Denise took care of all the necessary things, she went out of her way to help me. I will recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone. I really like her, she is conscientious and knows what she is doing. Century Twenty One is lucky to have her! 3 days I believe it took to sell the house She is great, all of the above. And I will refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
