I spoke to Denise once and she was very clear about how she could help and also some areas where it might be best to work with someone else (based on home location.) I knew then she wouldn't simply tell me anything just to get my business and she operated with a high degree of integrity. That and the fact that she immediately took action based on our first phone call was also a great indicator of her professionalism. Denise informed me as to what I could expect throughout the homebuying process and provided much needed insight as to how I could make my offer the most competitive. I recall talking to Denise about a request the loan officer made and as we were chatting I realized it was about 8PM on a Sunday evening. She didn't mind and was completely focused on getting my questions answered. I think it's safe to say that you generally only hear rumors about how an Agent made such a huge impact on the homebuying process. But for God's grace and Denise's experience (and quick thinking), we would not have closed on our new home. She went above and well beyond what we expected and my family and I are extremely grateful to have such a seasoned and wonderful person help us through this process.
