Denise met me at different houses, walked through them with me, answered any questions I had about the property, and gave me space to explore the house if I wanted. Purchasing the property was a breeze with Denise's support. We would recommend Denise anytime.

Buyer reviewDenise Martin went above and beyond our expectations during our long (6 month) search for a home. We were informed of and saw properties before they were listed. Denise listened to our requirements and comments so we only viewed properties that were reasonable options. She clearly communicated with us throughout the process and held herself to the highest level of professionalism. At one point, with inventory tight in our targeted neighborhood, she offered to send letters to each of the owners of a specific model in the development, looking for one that might be considering a sale. Always upbeat and positive, never pushy or intrusive, Denise suggested alternate plans and ideas that helped us not get too discouraged as time wore on. It was a pleasure to work with Denise. We are excited and thrilled because we purchased the perfect home for us. Thank you, Denise!

Buyer reviewDenise Martin is amazing. She helped my mom find the perfect home in Oakmont. She was and continues to be kind, patient, knowledgeable, super super helpful and very hard-working. Even though escrow closed a couple months ago, Denise is in regular communication with my mom about any needs that have come up and has been a wonderful resource to get my mom settled and established in her new community. On very short notice, she helped my mom find excellent and well priced contractors to do a remodel before she moved in. Denise is also super nice and very enjoyable to be around and she has a wonderful way with people. She's honest and has a very high level of integrity. I highly recommend working with Denise Martin!
