I have lived in the River Region my entire life. I grew up in Elmore County and have spent the last 5 years in Montgomery. I have a wonderful husband and 3 beautiful children. My career started out in retail banking and banking operations where I gained a wealth of knowledge in financial management. I then worked with the Elmore County Board of Education for several years. I bring this experience and knowledge to the Real Estate market and use it to offer our clients the best possible service and support available.

She also did an excellent job with the contract paperwork, coordination on required inspections with the buyer's agent, and preparation for the closing.
Superbly exceeded expectations. We had a signed contract for full list price six hours after listing was published.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed having Denise as our realtor. Denise was very quick to respond to any and all questions we had during the home buying process (we had a lot of questions). She is very knowledgeable about the homes in the area and what I loved most about her was that she was not pushy. She only showed us houses that we wanted to see and didn't try to push anything that we didn't like on to us. Great communicator and even better person.

We really enjoyed working with Denise McIntosh! She focused on our needs and wants in our future home. It was so nice to have a realtor who was more concerned with finding us what we wanted rather than just finding another sale. She kept us informed of any new houses on the market that matched what we were looking for and was available to us whenever we needed her to work around our schedules to view houses. Denise made the buying process so easy! She helped with financing, price negotiation, appointments and so much more. This took so much stress off of us which was greatly appreciated. It was so nice to show up at closing and have everything lined up so that it was a breeze. She was also amazing at helping us sell our house a month prior to buying our new house. I had a great experience working with Denise. I am from out of state and new to the area. Denise had great communication throughout the whole process keeping me informed on every event. She is very knowledgeable on real estate. I would not been able to do it without her, she made sure I got the best deal and the best location. She worked hard to make the process go through quickly and efficiently. Me not being from this area she helped me get everything set up so I could move immediately. If I were to sell in the future I will not have anyone else but Denise. I am very thankful for having her as my realtor and now as a friend.
