Buyer reviewDenise is hands down the hardest working person I know. She listened to what we were after and went above and beyond to show us what the peninsula has to offer. She was patient and gave us the space to consider all of our choices. She forwarded listings to us faithfully. The house we ended up buying was her suggestion. She navigated us through the buying process and helped us stay on top of all the moving parts. We love her and couldn't imagine buying a house with anyone else.

Buyer reviewAlmost from the first time I spoke with Denise, I felt as if I had known her forever! Denise is VERY knowledgible about the peninsula & has contacts from one end to the other. Part way through my search for a home with Denise, I had to reassess the amount that I would be spending. She then came up with just a many options & locations for my new budget; as well as stearing me away from homes that might not hold resale value well. I would HIGHLY recommend Denise O'Neil to anyone that was considering a move, or a second home on the peninsula........ You won't be disappointed!! She is AWESOME! And I just have to mention..... she worked with me for nearly a YEAR to find me a home!!!
