He fully explained all aspects involved in the listing and selling of our home. This is my second time using Dennis. I used him to purchase a home 4 years and now to sell that home. From start to finish Dennis was excellent to work with. He provided us with a home decorator to give suggestions on things to improve before we listed. We took that advise and after only a few days on the market we had multiple offers.
