Having closed over $200 million in real estate transactions, my experience spans the full range of residential services. I especially loved that fact that we were ready to reduce our price, she had us hold, and we received an acceptable offer. Most agents would have quickly dropped the pricing. We have bought and sold 6 homes throughout the country at this point, so we have had many experiences with realtors. Devan is the standard of excellence in which we measure all agents by now. Just saying agent seems wrong, she's an absolute trusted advisor to us.
