Seller reviewDiana Bay took her role in the sale of our home very seriously - she approached our first meeting almost as though she were applying for a job! I appreciated her professionalism and her responsiveness to our needs. We live in a rural community, so we knew the homes around us wouldn't have the value of other homes in more populated areas. Before Diana, we met with another agent who was so critical of the other homes in our neighborhood. I didn't hear a positive word out of his mouth. Diana, on the other hand, was so positive! She was honest in her feedback, but highlighted all that our home and neighborhood had going for it. I felt excited about listing our home after meeting with Diana. Diana was simply excellent - I highly recommend her!
