Seller reviewStarr is a knowledgeable realtor and she demonstrates confidence in her approach to marketing. We ran into some challenges with our buyer but Starr managed it well. That gave my husband and I complete confidence. Starr made herself available to us and she would check in to give us up dates. I travel a lot for work so when communicating Starr would contact both me and my husband to provide updates. My husband always appreciated hearing from her when I was unavailable. Starr was professional and caring from beginning to end. She is an effective communicator and always kept my husband and I abreast of any changes with our buyer. That was important to us. When warranted she provided up to date information and left decision making up to us. It was a great experience. I would recommend Starr to friends and family. Great customer service!

Buyer reviewfrom the first phone call to Starr she was very polite and listened to what I wanted. there were times she would come all the way from her office, which is at least 40 minutes away, to show me one house. she never once complained or got frustrated with me for not picking a house. she worked with me for a year and never gave up on finding me a home. she took in consideration my budget and never pushed me to get a house that was beyond what I could afford. every question I had no matter how crazy it was Starr answered. Starr listened and encouraged me to not give up when I was frustrated and thought I would never find a house. I am grateful for her kindness and help with the whole purchasing process. I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a home because in my opinion you can not find a better realtor anywhere, she is the BEST!!!
