I met Diana Lominac when our girls were in a local theater production together. Although we didn't interact much and I didn't realize she was a realtor I remembered her to be a very professional woman and a problem-solver. As parents we were all volunteers but when situation quickly arose that was outside her area of responsibility she immediately took the project on without being asked and she followed it through completion. Six months later, as we were preparing to sell our home, we saw a Century 21 sign in a neighbor's yard which was rare. In 7 yrs of living there only a few realty companies were frequent sellers we intended to use one that sold most often in Durango Creek. She is not only a top seller with years of experience but she knew my neighborhood well, positives and negatives. She listened to our situation and concerns and implemented a plan of action to keep us moving forward quickly. We listed our home the week before school started and accepted an offer within days of listing. Diane kept us informed throughout and kept the entire process moving smoothly. We closed happily ever after and Diane will be our agent of choice and recommendation from now on!

Diane Lominac totally exceeded my expectations in a realtor and I would happily recommend her to anyone. I originally contacted Diane about helping me find a rental and after talking with me, she suggested buying might be an option. While I had wanted to do that, I felt my unique personal circumstance precluded that option. Diane put me in touch with a lender that help me overcome several challenges in the buying process and Diane was in close touch throughout the process. If all realtors were as professional, caring and committed as Diane, the buying process would be simpler for everyone! The housing market in my price range is very tight in the area I wanted to purchase and Diane was exceptionally thorough in researching and presenting available homes that fit my needs. In a very unusual circumstance, I lost out on 3 different houses due to timing, but she was just as committed on the fourth offer as she was on the first.
