Seller reviewThe property was for sale for over 2 years without a single offer. Then in a matter of 2 oe 3 days, there were 4 offers. Diane Walker suggested that we offer all 4 to a a last, best and final offer . No negotiations would take place. That marketing option got the best price for the present time. I lost $40,000 on the sale, but then my wife and I bought at the highest point in the market.
