Seller reviewDodie sold our house in 3.5 hours. A new record. She knew a potential buyer as we signed the contract. The buyers were thrilled with the house And made an offer quickly. We were shocked at how fast it sold but were very happy. So in working both ends of this deal, she made the buyers and sellers VERY happy. Even after the contract, Dodie kept us in constant communication. It made it easy to work with the buyers. We were out of state when the closing occurred and Dodie and her team took care of all the details for us. I will also say that finding out Dodie and her husband (who showed our house to the buyers) were Christians made us trust them even more because of their accountability. I highly recommend Dodie and her team.

Seller reviewDodie was very prompt to meet with us and get stuff rolling. Met on a Wednesday, professional photos (which we did not have to pay for) on Friday and it hit the market Monday am. Showing on Tuesday afternoon and accepted counter offer on Wednesday afternoon. ONE WEEK and we were SOLD! A M A Z I N G Anna Bates and Stephanie Huse are the others we worked with - prompt, polite and pleasant. Alan Wilkins was also very friendly, helpful and fun to talk to!
