When moving to a new area and not having any idea what businesses and churches are nearby, Dodie Wilkens and her team spent many hours going over the details with us, pros and cons of the areas we were looking at and helped us narrow down the best house for our needs. The website was a terrific tool to guide us and help begin our search when we lived hours away and couldn't see the house on demand. Once we found prospects, the team all jumped right up and each one took turns giving us information about what was in the area, the attractions to the community and how it would fit into our lives. We are so appreciative to have had such a team all pop into action without us even having to ask, they already had the answers! Once we got to a point that we were ready to look at our list of houses, they went to work, lining it up with the owners and made our experience so smooth and enjoyable. They even gave us pointers of other houses we hadn't thought of, and we were so glad they did! Through final closing there were many challenges faced but the whole group again sprang up and got us through! We are only days into our new HOME and couldn't have asked for anything more from this group as they already pulled all the stops for us. If there were any issues between the buyers and sellers Dodie Wilkins would get in contact with the sellers broker and explain to them that the buyers and sellers contract had certain items that had to be followed as written in contract. Such as taxes for the new year and property that was supposed to stay with property.

Our home sale went very smooth from the time we listed our home, the sale, and finalizing the paperwork. Ms. Dodie Wilkins communication, ethics, and professionalism were exemplary! Her office staff was also very professional and very pleasant to work with at all times. We could not be more pleased with how our home sale flowed from start to finish!
