Throughout the process of selling my house, Dodie was a fountain of knowledge and a pillar of strength to me. During a conversation where I mentioned to Dodie that my realtor out of state, Jill, had advised me on a certain matter, Dodie passionately exclaimed that even though she had not met Jill, she respected her as Jill apparently had my best interests at heart and was looking to protect me as her client. This statement from Dodie made me feel more comfortable with my realtor on the other end... And also reinforced my belief that Dodie is that exact type of realtor herself… one that has her client's best interests at heart. Buyer reviewAlan and Dodie communicated very well and had a wealth of knowledge about purchasing a home. Being a first time home buyer that was very important to me. Alan sat down and explained everything to me in the purchase agreement and when I was initialing the paperwork as well.
