Buyer reviewThis is for both Alan and Dodie Wilkins, I was fortunate to have both of their help in finding a great first home! I contacted Dodie and she answered all my first time questions, and toured the first property with me. Her advice was simple, to not settle on a home and to look at options. I toured a handful of homes in a 2 month span, until we found my first home. We placed an offer on Saturday and I heard back on Sunday after a small negotiation and on Monday became a home-owner! The best part of working with both Alan and Dodie was that they gave me the "parentally" advice, as I was doing this alone. They pointed out when one home, would be too much work for me to tackle on and when one was not safe for me and when ones were great I just needed to decide which would fit the next chapter in life.
