His estimate of what our house would sell for was not the highest nor the lowest of the agents we interviewed, but he impressed us so much with his knowledge over the other agents, that we decided on the spot to go with him in the sale of our house. We were very happy with his performance. He was very patient with the problems that happened to crop up during the 4 months it took to sell our house. He answered all our questions with and if he didn't know the answer, he was quick to find it and get back to us. We would recommend him to anyone who asked about agents in the area.
