Knowledgeable about the local area. 3. Trustworthy. 4. Lead the purchase/financing process. Don Lorincz was off the charts in all of these areas and in addition was able to understand my purchase needs and desires. Buyer reviewDon Lorincz proves that 3rd time is a charm. It took my husband and I over a year of house hunting with two other brokers before we finally came across Don. It seemed like the others we had worked with steered us from houses we wanted to see to houses that they thought we needed to see but Don was patient and never gave push back when we wanted to see a house, even when it didn't seem to fit with what we had said we wanted. Within a matter of weeks of working with him we found the right property and had a deal put together. And, when our bank made mistakes causing our closing to be pushed back he used all the resources he could to help us keep moving our loan process along and was caring shoulder to lean on when we needed to vent our frustrations. Without Don's willingness to drive out to new areas my husband and I wouldn't have found our home. Mr. Lorincz is calm, respectful, professional and extremely easy to work with. He comes highly recommended by the Chapman family.
