He explained every aspect of the process in detail and kept me up to date on everything involving my house. I was fortunate enough to have my home sell right away (and for top dollar!) and Don ensured a smooth closing process (as I was already living out of state). Aside from his professionalism and knowledge of the area and market, Don also went out of his way to ensure all was good with my home that was vacant prior to the closing. Buyer reviewIt was a pleasure working with Don Lorincz as we searched for a home in Dearborn. Don has a solid, well-rounded base of knowledge. It's hard to "take it all in" when looking at a potential home, and it was a comfort to know that Don was checking furnace installation dates, peering up at gutters, and checking for water damage in the basement. Don is also a really nice guy, and that makes a real difference in this kind of process. Our six-year-old daughter never minded trekking over to look at one more house. "Is Don going to be there?", she'd ask.
