Donna Baker of CENTURY 21 Scheetz

From the first meeting with Donna Baker to the last day in our home, we enjoyed working with her and were extremely thankful that we selected her as our realtor. She was knowledgeable about pricing in our area, helpful, and quick to address our concerns, many of which had to do with selling during a pandemic. We had multiple offers in less than 24 hours ... she did a great job highlighting the pros and cons of each. She is straightforward and easy to work with. We very much appreciate all her help after the closing: meeting with us to go through the house; arranging to have the house cleaned; and, returning our internet/television equipment. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly! I would certainly recommend Donna Baker to anyone selling in the Indianapolis area.

Purchasing my home with Donna has been an amazing experience. I could not recommend her any higher to friends or family or anybody looking to buy a home in the Indianapolis area puritan if you do have the opportunity to work with Donna, you will be very happy throughout that entire process as she is professional has great communication and her knowledge shines through the entire process.

Given that this was our first house purchase, we really weren't sure about how to go about choosing a realtor. We searched around and decided to meet up with Donna. After our initial conversation, we knew that we were going to be extremely happy with deciding to go with her. As mentioned, this was our first time building/buying a house. We really didn't know what we were doing most of the time. Donna clearly has an incredible level of expertise and goes way over and beyond other brokers (after doing some research and finding this out) and definitely did a great job in all of these areas. She attended all inspections and really helped out with negotiating. She also attended and was very helpful during closing! We certainly did not expect to get a realtor that met all of the checked criteria above, and this goes without saying, Donna is definitely one of a kind! She went out of her way throughout the entire process to help us out and made sure we were very happy. And now, because of her, we are living in our dream home:) We really only communicated with Donna, however I am sure the other staff there are great!:) Donna made us feel very comfortable during the sales experience. As it was our first time doing this we were incredibly nervous. She was very attentive and made sure she explained every detail to us so that we understood everything. We could not have been more grateful for this.

Donna did a fantastic job of finding us the best deal we could possibly get. Her market research and overall knowledge was impressive. We very happy to work with her and would recommend her to other potential buyers and sellers.

Donna made this process too easy for first-time buyers. She was transparent about costs and did not pressure us into any purchase. She was honest and blunt-which was greatly appreciated. She also has excellent connections and put us in contact with our lender. We continue to recommend Donna to all of our friends who have started the home buying process. We are very, very happy.

She knows what we are looking for, good advice and also grateful when she cautions us. She goes above and beyond throughout the sales process, helps with all aspects to make us successful.
