Seller reviewThis was the seventh home I have sold. MS Bigg provided service far beyond that of any agent I have experienced. She worked very hard to get my house shown and sold. I moved 500 miles away, after my home was listed. She took great pains in making sure the property was presentable and look its best. I trusted her to do whatever needed to be done and I would cover the cost. At the end, I had communications problems with the title company and she stepped in to make them communicate, in a timely manner. If I had another property for ssle, in her area, or if I were buying one I would not hestitate to use her services.

Buyer reviewDonna Bigg quickly understood what we were looking for and based on her knowledge of the area found us a home the 1st day looking at Hot Springs Village. She advocated for us,worked with the builder, inspector, title company etc..., inspected progress, stayed in constant communication (calls, text, photo, video) and her attention to detail was meticulous. Even caught things others missed! We were out of state so this was crucial for us. She has an amazing personality, we felt very comfortable trusting her to handle anything while we weren't there. She wasn't afraid to request things from the builder we never even thought about that were necessary conveniences, the builder added them at no cost to us. We will definitely recommend Donna to others, we wish we had her as our realtor selling our home in TX too !! We can't say enough positive things about Donna and how wonderful she was to work with, we were so impressed with her during the entire process. We are so grateful, she was truly a blessing during this whole process. Thank you Donna!!

Buyer reviewI have worked with Donna Bigg for the last two and a half years, or 4 homes. I buy homes, update and remodel and sell them. Donna knows what works and doesn't work in the market and makes it sell. She negotiated a great deal, and from what I saw, even helped the seller's agent get all the contracts done correctly. She is very detail minded and stays on top of our schedule and my needs. Donna found a dependable repairman to help me in my latest move. Stayed on top of the sellers' agent to keep closing on the day I needed and negotiated enough time for me to move out of one house and move into the new one. Donna is just the best. Best realtor, best friend and I recommend her 1000%. You won't go wrong if you work with Donna Bigg. Donna's experience and professionalism are par none. She is the best! I can't recommend her enough.
