Seller reviewWe felt Donna had a great knowledge of the local market, set a good sale price resulting in a quick sale. We were absentee owners so she did the extra work to facilitate the paperwork and process through internet and overnight mail. Left to our own devices we would have not put the house on the market until springtime. Donna said it would sell in spite of it being November. She was right.

Seller reviewI worked with Donna Eckard before she became a Realtor. I appreciated her moral choices and trustworthiness and knew she would be a great realtor. She listed my mother's house for an amount that my mother, brother and I were please with. She made suggestions on how she would like to show the property. She also contacted people to do the work for some minor improvements. When the house went up for sale, she got 8 offers on the property the first day and all offers were over asking. We chose an offer and received payment in 30± days. What a good choice we made, having Donna Eckard sell mom's house.
