Seller reviewI worked with Donna Eckard before she became a Realtor. I appreciated her moral choices and trustworthiness and knew she would be a great realtor. She listed my mother's house for an amount that my mother, brother and I were please with. She made suggestions on how she would like to show the property. She also contacted people to do the work for some minor improvements. When the house went up for sale, she got 8 offers on the property the first day and all offers were over asking. We chose an offer and received payment in 30± days. What a good choice we made, having Donna Eckard sell mom's house.

Buyer reviewDonna listened to what I wanted in a place to buy. She was patient with me, understanding that I couldn't move until summer. She showed me properties that I liked. She talked about other properties that she didn't show me because they didn't fit my budget or what I wanted. Donna was very helpful to me. I had never purchased property before. She didn't pressure me. She was willing to answer my questions. And my brother's questions. (He lives in another part of Iowa). She helped me realize that Clear Lake Real Estate is different from other parts of Iowa. There is more demand and not as much available. When my brother questioned the cost of the condo, he suggested that I look at Zillow. com and also at Cerro Gerdo County Assessors. I did this and the price was in line with others that have sold recently. I looked at another condo unit from the outside, but wasn't impressed. Donna said that those units had problems with water in the basement and were not as nice. She answered the other questions my brother had.
