Buyer reviewHad a great buying and selling experience with Donna Eckard and Century 21!! Donna was available to show us the homes we wanted to see and put zero pressure on us. Once we found the house we wanted we followed her advice to secure that home at the price we wanted and to sell our home quickly and it worked! She put lots of effort into prepping our home for showings. Then the Century 21 Team got it sold too!! Thank you to Donna and all the agents involved in our shopping and selling experience!

Buyer reviewDonna has a thorough and complete knowledge of Clear Lake geography, knows the neighborhoods, has familiarity with local government and the contact people for smooth transition in relocation, is very knowledgeable about the seller/purchase status of properties in Clear Lake and shares all of her knowledge and insight in a understandable, non-intimidating fashion. She is personable, accommodating, and easy to reach. Donna is certainly detail oriented. She always, without fail, answered all of my questions, even when I know I asked the same question more than once, and never made me feel like I was being "fit" into her schedule- I felt "important" to her. I will ALWAYS insist and refer Donna Eckard for anyone I know who is looking for a home in Clear Lake or the surrounding area. Donna was on top of everything that I needed to complete, and always reassured me when any particular task was hers to complete, saying, "It's my job...it's what I do...don't worry about that - I'll take care of it". Even in the "down time", or waiting period till closing, "checked in" with me just to ask if everything was going okay. I love her for that. Because I purchased a home that the seller had not originally listed through Century 21, Donna was an excellent liaison between realty companies. Donna is the standard by which all realtors should perform.

She is very attentive to details and always very professional. Donna Eckard was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and provided us with good information and advice. She helped us tremendously by offering her opinion as to a new color pallet, flooring products, advised repairs, helped line up contractors and followed up on all.
