Seller reviewDonna Eckard is a seasoned professional with much knowledge in sales and of local laws and closing requirements. She PROMPTLY got me the necessary paperwork in order to close this property. Alot of realtors do not get their paperwork out but she did. i do not believe that i would have been able to sell my home for as much as i did without her. there were some showings of my home from her office and they were really good agents. one in particular stood out, a Scott Johnson. Very good agent. Also, whenever i dropped something off at the office or had other interaction with other brokers or possibly receptionists in her office they were very friendly and i knew that my paperwork was in good hands and safe. Donna Eckard is a consummate professional, I would highly recommend her to other Sellers and Buyers. You are in GOOD HANDS with her.

Seller reviewWe would highly recommend Donna as the number one broker. Donna showed our home to many, helped make the home more appealing even with very little furniture in it. She advised us each time there was interest in our home. Donna was always available for help and questions for the offers or anything else we needed. She helped set up the right people when things needed to be done. Donna is very personable with great ethics and we so appreciated all she did for us.

Buyer reviewI cannot speak highly enough of Donna's knowledge, patience, and expertise with first of all finding the right property, then helping with the whole rest of the process that had plenty of bumps in the road (not because of Donna). She was always there to help and consistently had a great attitude. I would highly recommend her and will definitely reach out to her next time I need a realtor in the Mason City area.
