Seller reviewDorothea literally lives across the street from us. My wife and I met her shortly after we bought our home and moved in, and she has been a very visible figure in our neighborhood the entire 15 years that we've lived here. She's very knowledgable about the Palos Verdes area and is also a savvy and skilled negotiator. She was an obvious choice for us and we have no regrets with our sale!

Seller reviewDorothea was positive, optimistic, communicative and effective from the start. In a challenging real estate climate she navigated the terrain in a way that gave us confidence in the process and a clear path forward. The open houses were run very well and we were always kept informed regarding open house feedback and potential buyers. Once potential buyers were identified, my wife and I were always kept in the loop as far as negotiations and cummunications... the whole process went smoothly and would certainly use Dorothea again if buying or selling in the South Bay.

As a foreigner who don't understand much about lives in America, I received a lot of help from Dorothea. She is very very considerate and patient. All her suggestions are really helpful and I completely trust her. My friend speaks Chinese and don't speak much English, but Dorothea is really trustworthy and helpful. So my friend always buy houses through her rather than a Chinese agent. My experience with Dorothea is as perfect as my friend's.
