Prior to my Real Estate Career, which began in 2005, I spent more than 20 years working in the Dental field as Dental Office Manager for several large Offices in Southern New Jersey and Arlington Virginia. in my Real Estate career managed a 247 unit high rise apartment building in Bethesda Maryland. With my vast experience in customer service, both the dental and real estate fields I have learned to listen and understand your needs, likes and dislikes. Seller reviewMy partner and I worked with Dorothea beginning in the fall 2019 when we bought our very first house in Silver Spring outside of the Washington, DC area. She made the experience seamless and easy. By end of 2022, we moved and therefore asked for Dorothea's help to rent out our home and find tenants, she also helped us find a property manager. The process took longer than we thought, but we were very happy to find great tenants who stayed there for 2 years. We were ready to sell at the beginning of 2025, and Dorothea helped us sell in about 2 months. It was a nerve-wracking time with a change in political federal administration, massive layoffs, and we were extremely stressed that these current events would devalue our home immensely. Dorothea worked very hard despite these challenges, and we were very happy and surprised at how much we earned in the end from the sale of our home.

She was so knowledgeable and personable that my wife and I knew we didn't want anyone else to be our agent when it came time to selling our house. We bought ours with Dorothea in 2017 and sold it in 2025. When we called her in 2025 she knew us immediately and even asked how our kids were. She remembered us all that time and to me that means something. Not only was she a great agent she was a great person in general to deal with. Im happy to have had her as our agent and recommend her over anyone else.

This included her traveling to me to explain all paperwork and regular updates on all activity during the time the house was on the market.
