Seller reviewDorothy Rhone is very professional, listens with great skill and gives proper feedback. She met the challenge of a seller living far away from the property and provide sound advice on pricing in the Millville area for a very unique property. She provided sound advice on what needed to be done to get the property ready to sell and the listing timing. She was beyond wonderful about understanding that it was important to the family that this loved property needed a new owner who would appreciate and love it like they did. She also displayed her patience and compassion for a family in the midst of great change due to their mother's medical conditions. I will appreciate her kindness and willingness to listen forever. Seller reviewI was selling my property while I did not live in the area and Dorothy Rhone was very flexible in meeting me when I needed to be met. She knew the market extemely well and actually talked me into listing the property higher than I was suggesting and she got that price in 2 days. She saved me money! Would use again for sure.

Seller reviewI first worked with Dorothy Rhone back in the late 1980s when she sold my first house in such a short timeframe I was amazed. I previously had another broker that didn't work out and my grandparents suggested Ms Rhone, who had sold their home, and I was extremely satisfied with outcome. My Mom had to sell her home due to Medical reasons and it had to be done in a short timespan. I advised my Mom it had to be Century 21 and Ms Rhone. I called Ms Rhone and she came to the house and gave us advice on what would help in preparing the property. We kept in contact through our preparations and I advised it needed to be put on market and sold within a month due to me moving out of state. We sat down and completed all paperwork and she and her staff put home online. We had huge showings during first weekend with numerous offers which one of the offers was the ultimate buyers. I would not consider any other Broker but Dorothy Rhone and Century 21 in selling a home or buying one.
