Seller reviewDoug Steinard was the perfect fit for us when selling our house. He is very personable, respectable, friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Doug communicated with us every step of the way and made the sale of the house a smooth transaction. From the first hello to the final see you later at closing he was nothing but the best. Doug most definitely knows the business and I would recommend him to all.

Seller reviewDoug Steinard did an excellent job handling the selling of our house and finding us a condo to purchase. There were many obstacles during the Covid pandemic that Doug was able to get us through. I was very nervous about purchasing new condo before the sale of our house. Doug was very upbeat and told us there would not be any issues selling our house for our asking price. He was correct and after the state reopened the real estate market we had many showings as he predicted. A couple weeks later we accepted purchase agreement and moved forward. I will always recommend Doug to all my family and friends. Doug always has the time to answer all your questions even at 9:00pm on a Sunday night. He handled all our transactions with ease and kept us updated on a daily basis. We could not have asked for a better experience dealing with Doug Steinard.
