Seller reviewDylan Hostetter went above and beyond in facilitating the process of selling my father's home. He was always available for my questions and was very hands on in helping get things to where they needed to be to prepare the property for sale. It was a particularly complicated sale which required research into finding previous deeds and paperwork and Dylan put in a lot of time and effort into helping sort out all the loose ends for us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Buyer reviewWe moved to Indy from Denver and really had no idea where to begin looking for a home. Dylan was tremendously helpful in every step of our home buying process. He took us around to different neighborhoods and parts of town to give us a good overview of Indy and local vibes. This really helped narrow our search. We've never bought a house before, previously owned a condo years ago, so we were a little lost before working with Dylan. We really leaned on his knowledge and experience! He also didn't pressure us or rush us at all. I really appreciated how Dylan took the time to understand our preferences and what was most important. He even helped me decide on blinds!!
