Seller reviewIt was a very scary experience selling our first house, and in the situation we were, we didn't have much wiggle room when it came to a closing date. Ed was very knowledgeable and helped set our listing and close a sale quickly. Most of the paperwork was handled easily and through online form signing. Very few hiccups and when we did encounter one it was handled professionally and courteously.

My situation was unique as I was helping sell my elderly mother's house to move her closer to me. I was mostly out of the city where the house sold and it worked beautifully - closed remotely and all! Thanks again to Ed for all his hard work helping with this transaction!
