Ed made everything very easier to complete, he taught us a lot about the surrounding areas, and he's still helping us even after the purchase. We didn't know anything when we came up wanting to move to Ohio, Ed was very knowledgeable of every single place we asked about. He was very kind, and easy to get ahold of throughout the entire process. Ed Copley made buying a house an enjoyable experience entirely. My daughter is starting her last semester at the Columbus Collage of Art and Design. After a year of "renting" from land lords in Columbus and getting a raw deal at every turn, My wife and I decided we needed to do something else. WE saw an ad on the internet for some condos for sale in Columbus Ohio and inquired about one of the advertised units . Ed responded with a phone call an offered to send a list of condos in our price range. My wife and I narrowed our selection down and Ed met our daughter at one of the most promising units late one evening. We decided it was perfect for our needs. With Ed's help and some late night texting back and forth, we were able to close the sale on the unit in 7 days. We moved our daughter into the unit this past weekend.

Ed did a fantastic job selling our house. The sale didn't come until the end of our 9 month contract and there were a few hurdles along the way. I was always able to rely on Ed to help me out when I was out of town on business or just unable to get to the house whenever a contractor was going to be on site or there was some complication. He even offered to help with some of the minor remedies the buyer was requesting. You couldn't ask for a more professional, helpful, effective agent.

We could not have been happier with the support we received from Ed Copley. He is professional, pays attention to detail, and provided excellent support when we needed some issues resolved with the inspection. The condominium was priced correctly for the market and sold within days of being posted. It was very easy for us to check all of the important personal characteristics of Ed's performance as excellent.
