I said this on the other page but Ed was so helpful and willing to respond to us at anytime, even late at night regarding a house that just popped up. He was quick to get us in a house to look at it and really did his homework about the neighborhood and surrounding area. Ed was ready and willing to answer our millions of questions wether they were good ones or silly. He really did a great job helping us on the search and purchase for our first home.

Ed Copley was outstanding with EVERYTHING concerning helping us buy our first house. He was very knowledgeable, and was always ready to assist on short notice. He was excellent with communication, and always got back with us in a timely manner. He would go the extra mile and make sure that any small detail would be taken care of so that nothing would hold up the buying process. If I had thought of something that we would need to take care of, Ed would already be on top of it when I would mention it to him. I would recommend Ed to anyone purchasing a home - especially anyone on their first home as Ed was very patient and he would explain details until we would understand the concept. 5 stars to Ed!!!!

In the first few weeks of house hunting I would send Ed anywhere from 2-5 new listings a day. He would weed through every one and get back with me the same day. He would dedicate entire days to showing me houses all over Athens and Hocking counties. If he didn't know an answer to one of my questions, he didn't try and make something up, he would make sure he found out the correct answer and get me the info ASAP. He was always on time and always ready to work. When we were getting ready to close, and even at the closing table, both times, he always had my back and made me feel like I had a professional in my corner who I could rely on and knew exactly what was going on. I could't imagine going through the journey of buying a house without Ed by my side, nor would I want to. Ed pointed out little things in the house I would have missed. His years of knowledge and passion for what he does was a great benefit to have on my side. Ed really made my first home buying experience a great one.
