Buyer reviewI always felt that Ed had my feelings and interests at heart. If I had questions he was available or got right back to me. Ed was very good about explaining to me things I did not understand. He walked me through all of the necessary steps. Ed made a very stressful process (to me) not overwhelming in the end.

Seller reviewIf you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable and personable realtor, then Ed Fayette is who you should be contacting. I contacted Ed about selling my home the end of March. He immediately set up a time to view my home, determine a selling price and list the property. From the day Ed listed my home it was sold by mid-April after just four days of being on the market. Ed was attentive and answered any and all questions I had and was in regular contact to keep me updated and continued communicating until after the closing. I can't speak from a buyer's perspective but as a seller, I would highly recommend Ed Fayette to sell your home.
