From suggesting repairs before listing, communicating a price based on comparable sales to staging, marketing and showing my house, Eddie went above and beyond my expectations. Eddie went out of his way to make the entire process of selling my house minimally stressful. Eddie was very responsive to my questions and made himself readily available.

Eddie has always arranged a showing as fast as possible, sometimes within hours. He is always prepared with knowledge of the area and the value of the homes. Eddie gives us great advise on the value of the home we are considering and what a good offer should be. Eddie arranges all the details for the closing and makes things happen quickly. He is extremely good at communicating with us and making sure we know what is going on every step of the way. I have never had to wait for him to reply to a message or a question. Seller reviewEddie Jemison was wonderful and I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Everything was quick and easy which took a lot of stress off of me. Eddie Jemison went above and beyond to help me sell my house. Eddie Jemison is an extremely nice man and very easy to work with. I was delighted that my house sold almost immediately. It was put on the market on August 4 and we closed on September 1. I never thought it would be possible to close that quickly. Eddie Jemison worked very hard to sell my house and to get the best deal for me.
