We absolutely could not have been happier with our experience working with Ed. We had tried a few agents before him, but they all seemed to want to rush us into buying as soon as possible, and had little interest in learning about what we were actually looking for. Purchasing a home is a big deal (both financially and more personally as the place you will raise your family) and Ed takes both of these aspects very seriously. He was up front about being open to shopping with us "for years if necessary" until we found the right house. And even once we did, when we were still going back and forth, he never once pushed for us to move forward unless we were sure, and gave us honest and transparent feedback every step of the way. Not to mention he also turned out to be a great negotiator and saved us a substantial amount of money at closing. Throw on top of that the bottle of champagne he left in the house with a note saying "welcome home" the day we moved in--seriously, we could not have asked for more. If you are looking to buy in Boston, especially in the East Boston/Orient Heights part of the city, do not consider buying with anyone else. His depth of experience was important, but ultimately it was his honesty and transparent professionalism that made all the difference. We could not be happier with our experience and purchase, and are very grateful to have had such great help in finding our first home.

It was a big and emotional undertaking to sell our family property after 58 years in the family.
