Ed Deveau is an expert negotiator with well developed diplomatic skills and a respectful demeanor that puts everyone at ease and reduces the potential anxiety and stress in the process. Ed is a true pro who clearly understands people and communicates exceptionally well. Support services were seamless and flawless. I can't imagine how it could have been any better, just excellent.

Buyer reviewEd was awesome to work with. Always open for us to bounce idea's off of him, gave his opinion when he saw fit but did not push or force us into anything and understood our situation. His knowledge of East Boston was really fantastic to have, describing the different neighborhoods & what's on the horizon for this growing section of Boston. I really felt that he worked for us whether it be the punch list or working late on the weekends. We had a less then ideal inspection on our first offer and he guided us first time home buyers through that and into a place that we can now call home. I would be more then willing to recommend Ed to anyone looking in East Boston, especially first time buyers.
