Effie worked well with our schedule when we needed to be out of town and used DocuSign effectively. Our buyers requested a very short escrow. I interviewed 5 different realtors. EffieKhaki was recommended, the others I found on my own. All of the realtors were very nice and I could have chosen any one of the 5. However, Effie was special.
