Eileen is so helpful and understanding. We were moving from out of state and she did a bunch of research and showed us some rental homes. We wound up renting a regular apartment, not through her, and she was completely understanding. She never gave us any pressure.
A few months later, Eileen helped us buy our house. She was very understanding of our buying timeline and budget, and wasn't afraid to point out problems with a house. She wanted to get us in the right house for us, not just make a sale. With having a busy work schedule and a new baby, Eileen was always very accommodating about when we could view a home or sign paperwork. She also never kept us waiting to hear back from her. She even got a few extra concessions from the seller that we weren't expecting. She's a great agent and we highly recommend her!
