I am a full time Realtor® with both a CT and MA real estate license serving Hartford and Tolland Counties in CT and Hampden County in MA. Here is some information about my qualifications: I have over 30 years experience as a local real estate agent and am a lifelong resident of the area, licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. In 2016, I won the Century 21 President's Award, which recognizes top sales producers along with pinnacle quality service as designated by my clients. In addition, I am a 13 time winner of Connecticut Magazine's 5 Star Agent, and am the Recipient of Realtor.com's Marketing Award of Excellence. For the last 5 years, I have been the top selling agent in our Enfield office. Clients will tell you I have a strong work ethic, and am results oriented. Elaine was very professional, knowledegable, compassionate and always accessible throughout the entire process. From my first conversation and meeting with Elaine, I immediately felt that she knew her stuff and that she was there to help us. She asked good questions, made us feel comfortable, and gained our trust. I was very impressed with her proactive communication skills and always keeping us in the loop, which is somewhat of a rare quality today. A snag on the buyer's side caused a delay, and Elaine's efforts to contact appropriate parties, taking measures over and beyond expectations, resulted in rectifying the issue.
