I am a full time Realtor® with both a CT and MA real estate license serving Hartford and Tolland Counties in CT and Hampden County in MA. Here is some information about my qualifications: I have over 30 years experience as a local real estate agent and am a lifelong resident of the area, licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. In 2016, I won the Century 21 President's Award, which recognizes top sales producers along with pinnacle quality service as designated by my clients. In addition, I am a 13 time winner of Connecticut Magazine's 5 Star Agent, and am the Recipient of Realtor.com's Marketing Award of Excellence. For the last 5 years, I have been the top selling agent in our Enfield office. Clients will tell you I have a strong work ethic, and am results oriented. I am committed to excellence and have an open ear, I really do hear what you have to say! I never lose sight that I work for you, the customer. I would recommend her to anyone listing or buying property in northern CT Mine was a difficult circumstance because it was a probated estate sale. This created some hurdles that a more "normal" single party seller would not have. Elaine's expertise, even in the area of probated properties, was terrific and helped me avoid mistakes or delays that I believe less experienced agents would have had no knowledge of. Elaine would be a great choice for any property sale no matter the circumstances.
