I am a full time Realtor® with both a CT and MA real estate license serving Hartford and Tolland Counties in CT and Hampden County in MA. Here is some information about my qualifications: I have over 30 years experience as a local real estate agent and am a lifelong resident of the area, licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. In addition, I am a 13 time winner of Connecticut Magazine's 5 Star Agent, and am the Recipient of Realtor.com's Marketing Award of Excellence. Seller reviewEnergy and constant enthusiasm is part of what makes Elaine Smith so successful. The other part is that she is an experienced professional who offers great advice and knows her market. She priced our house well and was always available for questions and guidance. The house sold after 6 weeks on the market in the middle of winter. I would recommend Elaine without hesitation, she was a pleasure to work with.
