I am a full time Realtor® with both a CT and MA real estate license serving Hartford and Tolland Counties in CT and Hampden County in MA. Here is some information about my qualifications: I have over 30 years experience as a local real estate agent and am a lifelong resident of the area, licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. In 2016, I won the Century 21 President's Award, which recognizes top sales producers along with pinnacle quality service as designated by my clients. In addition, I am a 13 time winner of Connecticut Magazine's 5 Star Agent, and am the Recipient of Realtor.com's Marketing Award of Excellence. For the last 5 years, I have been the top selling agent in our Enfield office. Clients will tell you I have a strong work ethic, and am results oriented. Buyer reviewElaine Smith is so wonderful , she lessened to what I wanted, Even thou the house was what I was looking for , But was no where ready to move into. . When we found the right house she was on top of what had to be done, and pushed me to get things done,when they needed to get done. This type of dedication is hard to find in people these days.She took a lot of the stress out of buying a house. I would recommend using Elaine Smith to sell your house and to help you purchase a house . She knows her in's and out's of the Real Estate Market. !!

Buyer reviewWe met Elaine at an open house in Enfield and were very impressed with her knowledge of the Starr built homes in the area. Elaine was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I had considered contacting my cousins daughter, who is an agent and also had considered a previous agent in Vernon (because that's where we were moving to) at another open house, but was glad I had kept Elaine's business card. She turned out to be the perfect match for us. Elaine guided us through the selling and purchase process in a very professional manner. Everyone we dealt with at Century - including Pat, Lynn, Donna, Lucas, etc. were very friendly, patient and professional. Selling a home is a very stressful experience by it's self.
