Lots of great recommendations for service providers, handymen, etc. Felt like she did all of the heavy lifting for us and we just sent her whatever she needed! She has been so easy to get in touch with and so great at communicating. She really minimized the stress in the process and as first time homebuyers, that was critical. She had beautiful pictures done and even sent the photographer back out for more pictures when improvements where done. She was available whenever we needed her even through pregnancy. She had a plan in place for if we didn't get sold during our timeline. When it came to negotiations she was the our advocate and explainer.
