Buyer reviewI appreciate "high energy", "dotting every i" and a high level of professionalism. Emily Beutler proved herself! I know I am not an easy or even traditional client. The 1031 Exchange often presents some new twists. This presented even more challenges. Emily took a solid leadership position and pushed this transaction to a CLOSE. I was a BUYER. To add an additional layer of complexity, for the most part, I was out of state. This did not seem to slow her down. We looked at quite a few properties via face time. I give Emily a strong endorsement! And yes- I will use her as a agent in the future....probably soon than later...:)

Seller reviewWe highly recommend Emily Beutler and Century 21 Beutler! We interviewed 3 realtors during a transition from a slower market to a red-hot sellers market. The other 2 realtors recommended listing prices that were tens of thousands less than what Emily recommended. And though this was of great interest to us, it was but one reason we selected Emily. Also important were likability, attitude, interest in our property, knowledge of our neighborhood, reputation in community, and connections.
