For over 12 years, Emily loyally served the State of Ohio working at the Department of Transportation, and gained an expertise in consultant contracts and waterway permitting for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, FEMA floodplains and farmland. Deciding to leave behind wetland and stream delineation and mitigation projects for the Windy City was a thrilling decision that hasn?t caused her to look back.Emily knows what it feels like to move to a new, bustling city, and how important it is to find your ideal home to really start to make Chicago your own ?kind of town?.
