Emma is a super agent. I don't say this lightly, as I am super impressed with her professionalism, attention to details, and going beyond to make sure we had a smooth sale. My father had passed away, and I brought my mother to the live with me in the San Francisco Bay Area. Needless to say, this was a dificult transition, and we had a lot of things going on. However, Emma was able help us a lot by taking care of finding proper contractors to help do repairs in the unit and ready it for sale. She helped negotiate the pricing, inspected the work done, sending us photos. We were able to take care of all of this remotely from the Bay Area, knowing Emma was local to help with coordination and setup. She also helped us to find a company to clean up the apartment, throwing out trash, and making it super presentable. In the end, we had a smooth completed transaction.
