We have been looking for a home (not a house, a home) for over 9 months. Our list of needs was long and very niche. There were many check boxes that were required, and difficult to meet. But Emma stuck with us, always presenting us with different options and optimism. Very much needed optimism. She never settled and always guided us to do the same. And now we have our forever home. Emma was a recommendation through a friend and I'm very glad I was introduced to her. She was very thorough throughout the entire process and walked me through everything as I am a first time home buyer. Emma was very communicative and made sure she reached out to me to make sure I didn't have questions and followed up with things to make sure I was on track. I expected the process to be very overwhelming but it didn't feel that way. I appreciated how Emma was patient and explained things to me in ways I could understand.
