Born and raised in Washington State, I made my move to TN in 2009. It quickly became home and I love not only the beautiful Smoky Mountains, but the people here as well! I have been married since 2010 and we have 3 daughters and a son-in-law who keep us all laughing and always on our toes! As a mom, wife, and business woman, I am a master at multitasking and paying close attention to each clients needs.
It's my joy and honor to help both families and investors; buyers and sellers; first time buyers/ sellers and next phase of life downsizers; and everyone in-between, to find their piece of the Smoky Mountains!

Buyer reviewEnchantee is an EXTRAORDINARY real estate professional! Our first encounter with Enchantee was walking thru the door of her agency. Seven days later, we CLOSED on our first Smoky Mountain cabin....yes, I said CLOSED...after being shown multiple cabins, and with every imaginable question answered. She even had a host of ideas on ways to enhance the cabin to make it more profitable on the rental market. Due to our ABSOLUTLEY VIEWTIFUL cabin renting with such success, four years later we returned to Enchantee to purchase another property. This time a barndominium :) It was a totally different situation...turning a residential property into an overnight rental, but Enchantee looked into all of the local ordinances, mapings, elevations, permitting etc. that we could possibly need and executed the contracts, all while traveling on a Disney vacation with her family...DEDICATION and PROFESSIONALISM at it's best!!!
